It offers an elegant setting and typically Alsatian charm, offering an authentic experience for a capacity of three people. ? This historic district has many local shops, bars and restaurants. ? This 30m² studio is composed of: ? an equipped American kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, mobile induction hob, oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine) with a dining area (high table and bar stools), ? a bedroom with a double bed ? a living room area with a double sofa bed and a television ? a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. ? The apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator. ?All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: ? the cleaning will be done, ? the bed will be made with clean sheets, ? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat for the bathroom and a tea towel per kitchen, ? free WIFI connection ? come with young children? You can optionally reserve, from EURO 30, a travel cot, a high chair or even linen for the baby cot. ? 450 m away is the Gutenberg public car park. This parking lot is right in the city center, so practical for 1 or a few hours, but it costs 44 euros for 24 hours! ? You also have the possibility of parking in the Bateliers car park 500 m away, the price of which is 22 euros for 24 hours. ? Your stay in a few figures: ? 1 minute walk from the Cathedral, ? 1 km walk from Petite France, ? 20 minutes walk from central Strasbourg train station. ? 500m from Broglie tram station with line C which takes you to Strasbourg station ? 700m from the Homme de Fer tram station with line B which takes you to the European Parliament and lines A and D which connect the Etoile-Bourse station where the Strasbourg bus station is located. ? The Great Island of Strasbourg, sometimes called the “Island Ellipse”, is the most central and characteristic island of the city of Strasbourg, of which it constitutes the historic center. It is surrounded by the Ill river to the south and one of its arms – the Faux-Rempart ditch – to the north, which separate downstream from the Vauban dam and come together at the Quai des Pêcheurs. The Grande Île has been listed in its entirety as a world heritage site by UNESCO since 1988. The International Council of Monuments and Sites indicated that the Grande Île is “an old district which is an example of medieval cities” House rules: ?This accommodation is non-smoking.
