The Alsatian Loft in the heart of the Petite France district in Strasbourg. A magnificent half-timbered building dating from 1676, the Lohkäs takes its name from the tanners' activity which was particularly developed in this district of Strasbourg. As soon as you enter the door, you are in a warm, fully air-conditioned Alsatian triplex loft composed of: 1st level: - Air-conditioned bedroom with non-separable double bed and television opening onto a bathroom with walk-in shower - A large closet with storage space and washing machine - 1 separate toilet 2nd level: - Air-conditioned living/dining room with a large table and 6 chairs, 2 sofas, 1 large flat-screen TV - Electric shutters on the entire floor - Open equipped kitchen (oven, hob, hood, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and integrated counter with stools 3rd level: - Air-conditioned bedroom with non-separable double bed opening onto a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. - An open staircase allows you to go from the 3rd level to a mezzanine with 2 armchairs and an office area. Located in the lively Petite France district, you will be located directly in the heart of the historic city center of Strasbourg and will be able to discover the typical architecture of the region as well as numerous restaurants and local shops. As the apartment is located on a pedestrian square, no direct access by car is possible (several public parking lots are available in the surrounding area) The whole apartment will be yours! - it will be cleaned for your arrival - beds will be made with clean sheets - clean towels and bath mats - Wifi available throughout the apartment Please note that due to the presence of numerous staircases, some of which have open steps, the apartment is not recommended for young children who could risk falling. This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of EURO 250 in additional cleaning costs. Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of EURO 60 cleaning costs.
