An underground parking space will be available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay. ? This wonderful apartment is composed of a spacious bedroom, with a double bed. ?? ? The apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and a washer-dryer machine. ? ? A living room/kitchen/dining space composed of a lounge area, with its comfortable sofa (convertible for 2 people) and flat screen television, and a fully equipped kitchen area with a central island for meals . (Fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine) ? A magnificent 21m² attic terrace with a table and chairs is at your disposal. ?Numerous shops and restaurants are at your disposal in this quiet and residential area. ?
