? Welcome to this charming apartment located just 7 km from Colmar, in the heart of Turckheim, a charming Alsatian town renowned for its warm atmosphere and preserved architecture. The city is full of surprises, will you find a rich historic center there? and taste the quality of its wines?. However, don't let the night watchman frighten you, who continues to make his rounds every evening at 10 p.m., from May to October. As soon as you walk through the door, you will be greeted by an enchanting atmosphere combining modernity and tradition.? The Manala 3 apartment is located on the first floor of an Alsatian residence. ? Access is via period wooden stairs (steep and crooked)  The 100 m2 apartment is composed of: ? An open living space with a lounge/television area,? a dining area to share a good meal, and a modern equipped kitchen (crockery and cutlery, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine)? 3 bedrooms with a double bed and a storage cupboard in each bedroom? A bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet,? A second bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet? The whole apartment will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:? the cleaning will be done,? the beds will be made with clean sheets,? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen,? free WIFI connection? Are you coming with family or friends and need a second accommodation? Apartment Manala 1 and 2 are located in the same building.  ?Turckheim has numerous parking spaces in the town center and on the outskirts of the town centre. ? The courtyard allows access to garages and a house, we ask you not to park there. ? You can stay there while you drop off your suitcases.  The Neighborhood: ? To get to your accommodation, you will have to go through the main gate of the city (Porte de France). This gate tower from 1315 is the oldest in the city. It was through this door that commerce passed. This gate leads to Place Turenne, the town's main square. Once past the town gate, you can discover the heart of the town, notably its Guard Corps. Built around 1580, this beautiful sandstone and plaster building had a dual use: guild stove (association) and warehouse. The bell was used to call the citizens to gather. The building now houses the tourist office. In front, a beautiful 18th century fountain, topped with a Virgin and Child. In the street of your accommodation (rue du Conseil), are some of the most beautiful buildings in the city, such as the Auberge aux Deux Clefs dating from 1620 in sandstone and half-timbering, which was reserved for distinguished guests of the city. Very beautiful oriel window in carved wood or the Town Hall, a gabled Renaissance building from the end of the 16th century. The ground floor once housed a cellar and a press. House rule:? This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of EURO 250 in additional cleaning costs. ? Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. ? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of EURO 60 cleaning costs. ? Animals are strictly prohibited.  ? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation. ?
