Ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation or work. With these 3 bedrooms and its bathroom, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of: ? a living/dining room area with? an open equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster), ? a bedroom with two single beds ? two bedrooms with a double bed each, ? a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, ? a separate toilet, ? The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator. ? The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid on-street parking area by meter is available nearby. ? The Montagne Verte public car park is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 690 spaces underground (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging). ?You have the possibility to reserve private parking spaces within a radius of 500m around the accommodation. These places are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is required. Price from 12EURO per night, per place. ? You can reserve a space in a secure bicycle storage room in a neighboring building (200m away). ?All the accommodation will be yours. The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (This equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and aged under 3 years).
