Superb 52m² apartment renovated in fall 2022, a few minutes walk from the city center and the train station (1 rue des Taillandiers), in a free parking area. This apartment offers you a bedroom with a bed with storage cabinet. As well as a large living room, living room/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the apartment. You will find something to prepare coffee in the kitchen when you arrive. Maps and tourist information leaflets will help you organize your stay. If you find any difficulties when booking, contact us by message, we will respond within 24 hours. This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of EURO 250 in additional cleaning costs. Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of EURO 30 per stay per animal. Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of EURO 60 cleaning costs.
