It will be ideal for a weekend stay, a week or for work. This 21m² studio has: ? A double sofa bed ? A dining area, ? A free parking space is available in the courtyard of our house. ?Are you coming with young children? You can optionally reserve, from EURO 30, one or more travel cots, high chairs or even linen for the baby cot. ? THE MARKET GARDEN DISTRICT: A haven of peace nestled at the gates of Colmar, the Market Gardeners district makes you want to take a stroll far from the urban hustle and bustle. As its name suggests, this district was formerly dedicated to vegetable crops, there are nevertheless some areas where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. ?Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of EURO 250 in additional cleaning costs. ? Tolerance is required in front of the house. We thank you for using the ashtrays made available to you. ? Animals are strictly prohibited. ?Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. ? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of EURO 60 cleaning costs. ? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations.
