The Koïfhus is a 95 m² flat that can accommodate up to 6 people in exceptional comfort! Located on the 1st floor of a 17th century Alsatian house, renovated in 2021, it offers modern facilities in the charm of the old. To begin with, you will discover a luminous interior with exposed beams of 35m² allowing you to spend convivial moments The living room has a comfortable sofa, a quality table, a connected speaker and a SMART TV giving you access to multiple services (40 channels in several languages, VOD services, radio, etc...) The kitchen and the bar area open on the living room offers you all the necessary equipment to eat in all serenity! Each room has a king size bed with SIMMONS mattress (possibility to transform them into single beds on request) and its own television. The accommodation has 2 fully equipped bathrooms. WIFI and Fibre access is totally free to satisfy your connectivity needs! The SERENITY Plus: An internal channel accessible via the television sets will allow you to have access to useful information to discover Colmar in the best conditions!
