Holiday complex in a half-timbered construction typical of the region in an excellent location. Surrounded by the marina and the Touques estuary, the small peninsula is centrally located between the towns of Deauville and Trouville. Only 10 minutes to the sandy beach or downtown Deauville. The spacious, tastefully designed apartments all have a balcony or terrace. An indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool and a spa area round off the overall picture of this complex. Would you like to arrive by train? No problem. The residence is 300 meters from the train station. But of course there are also parking spaces available for those arriving by car, as well as 2 e-charging stations (2.3-7 kWh). Deauville is a sophisticated seaside resort on the Normandy Flower Coast. A marina, racecourse, sumptuous villas and hotels, casino, wide sandy beach and promenade all contribute to Deauville being regarded as one of Normandy's most elegant seaside resorts.
