Spacious cottage with terrace
House:
This renovated holiday home is ideal for a family. It is located in Saint-Jean-de-Sauves, 3 km from a tennis court. In the house, authentic details such as wooden support beams, natural stone walls and the centuries-old fireplace have been preserved. At 4 km distance you will find a forest, where you can make nice walks. A river flows at 5 km from the house and at 10 km distance there is a recreational lake with a beach. At 150 m from the house you will find an organic garden, where you can get fruit and vegetables. Don't forgot to visit the beautiful castles and wine houses of the Loire, Futuroscope, Puy de Fou and Les Trois Moutiers. The living room has a cosy wood-burning stove and the open-plan kitchen has a dishwasher and an oven. There is a shared garden and you can relax in the open air on the private terrace. A washing machine is available. There is WiFi available in the house and a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. The house can only be heated by a wood-burning stove. During the winter months (October to April inclusive) you pay extra for this; this is settled in the service costs that you pay in advance. The accommodation is not heated in any other way. The wood stove provides sufficient heating for the entire accommodation.
