Description

The detached house is in a quiet little locality in the beautiful Normandy landscape. Nearby there are many larger towns such as Avranches, Camcale or Saint Malo, which are within quick access via the motorway, as well as the famous Mont Saint Michel. The outdoor area, which is for your own exclusive use, consists of a parking space, a terrace with a massive grill, a garden and a pool. Internet access is available. The owner lives in the same village and is happy to assist with any queries. The ground floor of the holiday house has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space. The living room has a comfortable sitting corner with a TV by the fireplace. The dining room has a big dining table, from which you have a beautiful view through the window of the garden. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a bath and WC. The three bedrooms are on the upper floor. The first has two single beds and a double bed, the two others each have a double bed, and one of the bedrooms has a washbasin and a WC. There is a shower room with a shower and there is also a separate WC. There are many beaches just a few kilometres away, such as the beaches of Saint-Pair, Jullouville and Carolles. You can swim and enjoy water sports there. Nearby there is the bay with the famous world cultural heritage site Mont Saint Michel. This historical and architectural highlight is a must during your stay. You ca explore the bay and the surrounding landscape with its flora and fauna by bicycle or on foot along many waymarked trails.
