Description
The holiday house is in the little village of Mesnil d’Ozenne with a view of Mont Saint Michel, in a quiet and rural location. It is a semi-detached house, part of a completely renovated stone house from the year 1830. The second half of the house is also let out to holiday guests, with a shared garden. There is another little house on site that the owners use as a holiday house.
Outside there is a beautifully planted, very big garden of 5000m², shared with the other guests, with deckchairs. There is also a private terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and a grill, as well as an electric Plancha grill. There is a private parking space by the house on in the big courtyard behind the house.
The holiday house of around 65m² is on two floors and can accommodate two people. It has been decorated charmingly in a modern country house style. The ground floor has a spacious living room flooded with daylight, with a big sofa, a TV, a DVD player and a view of the terrace to the south, as well as a kitchen, which is fully-equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine. Stairs lead from the living room up to the first floor, with a bedroom with a double bed 160cm wide and a view of the garden, a library with books and magazines, a separate WC and a bathroom with a shower. All the rooms have radiators and the house has gas central heating. Wireless Internet access is available.
The house with a view of Mont Saint Michel is ideal for relaxing holidays in a very quiet location and a perfect starting point for exploring Brittany and Normandy. Tourist attractions and places of interest (Mont Saint Michel, St Malo, Dinard, Caen etc.) are all within around 25-50km. The nearest beaches are only about 25km away, the nearest swimming pool about 10km. Hiking trails lead directly past the house. The nearest shops, cafés and restaurants are about 7km away.
A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request. Cleaning products are provided.
