The sloping garden with an area of ??1250 m² offers plenty of space for children to play. Ideal for families! This villa has a quiet location about a mile from Lorgues, where you will find the bakery, butcher, fishmonger, various supermarkets, terraces and restaurants. The region is home to numerous wine estates and well-known Provencal markets, such as the Tuesday morning market of Lorgues. One of the terraces is accessible from the living room through a large sliding door. The lower swimming pool, garden and terrace can be reached via a staircase. The swimming pool can be heated on request for a fee outside the months of July and August. The villa offers a lot of privacy and a beautiful view of the colorful garden with typical Provencal crops. The house also has a jeu de boules court and ample parking. The attractive villa has a spacious living room with fireplace, WiFi, air conditioning, a large dining table and an impressive sliding door to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an American refrigerator with ice maker. Through the living room you reach the terrace with electric awning.
