The private swimming pool, surrounded by a carefully maintained Mediterranean garden, is the perfect place to cool off on sunny days. Also take advantage of the shaded terrace for outdoor meals or to relax with a book and a glass of local wine. Sheets included, exit cleaning EURO 150 - A lump sum may be withheld from the security deposit if the bins have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is left in a deplorable state compared to the state of the premises entry and if there is a shortage of laundry.
