This apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator of a renovated building in the heart of the city. It's very rare to find a modern complex in the heart of Nice. The building has a modern elevator that can accommodate 4 people and is large enough for a stroller.

Just a few steps from Place Masséna, this apartment is a ten-minute walk from the beach and Promenade. A two-minute walk will take you to the old town, the streetcar stop and the Avenue Jean Médecin shopping district. The train station is also just a fifteen-minute walk away. As a result, this rental apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of everything Nice has to offer.

This bright living room benefits from a large sliding door opening onto a large terrace furnished with table and chairs. The large living room is furnished to a high standard with all the comforts of home, including a three-seater sofa that converts to a very comfortable wide double bed. There is a beautiful decorative finish, including lamps and quality furnishings. The dining room opens onto the living room. A large rectangular table with 4 large chairs - although we think most meals will probably be taken on the sunny terrace.

The kitchen is very well equipped with built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, 1 dishwasher, washing machine, 4 electric hobs and its own extractor hood.
Like the rest of the apartment, the bedroom has been decorated with care and attention to detail. You'll enjoy a good night's sleep with a view over the park, in a large double bed. There are two bedside tables with lamps for reading enthusiasts. A large wardrobe provides ample storage space for your clothes and will help you prepare for your outings. The bedroom is also tastefully furnished, including a beautiful dressing table. There is enouth space for a baby bed, which you can order from us on arrival.

The modern bathroom is fully tiled and has a large "Italian" shower and washbasin with storage underneath. There is a separate toilet.
With Extra charge, breakfast can be delivered directly to your flat every morning.
