It is located on the 6th floor of a well-maintained residential building with lift and offers good comfort for 4 people with its 2 bedrooms. Everything is within easy walking distance, the lovely white sandy beach (150m), water sports centres, restaurants and boutiques and one of the most beautiful golf courses in Brittany is also only 3 km away. Pleneuf-Val-André grew into an attractive seaside resort in the early 20th century. On the long beach promenade, you can enjoy a beautiful view of picturesque beach villas from this period inland and a magnificent view of the water and passing sailing or fishing boats towards the sea. There are many attractive excursion destinations along the magnificent emerald coast, as far as the impressive Cap Frehel, the charming seaside resort of Dinard or the famous corsair town of St Malo.
