A magnificent sea view from all windows! The staircase is on the 1st floor of the house on a hillside, above the marina in the popular seaside resort of Portsall, directly on the coastal road. The 300 square meter garden/nature property, which is at your sole disposal, is located at the back of the house, where the apartment entrance is also located. The interior is modern, colorful and comfortable. In the evening, the nearby harbor lures with its specialty restaurants. Freshly caught fish is available every day in the nearby fish shop. Portsall is a small fishing village just off the coast. The coastline in this region is made up of rocks, dunes and fine sandy beaches. In addition to the large beaches of Treompan and Trois Mouton, which are ideal for swimming, kiting, windsurfing and sand yachting, there are also many small bathing bays with ideal conditions for mudflat fishing at low tide. Very close by is the GR34, which allows you to follow the coast for miles and enjoy fantastic views of the sea and the coastal landscape that changes with the tides. The coastal road to Argenton leads to Le Four lighthouse. From here you can enjoy a wonderful panorama. Many calvary mountains and dolmens characterize the landscape of the surrounding area. The westernmost point of La Pointe St. Mathieu and the bustling port town of Le Conquet are well worth a visit, as is the famous national center for scientific culture dedicated to the sea, Océanopolis in Brest.
