Comfortable holiday home near the beach
House:
The holiday home, which was renovated in a comfortable and modern way in 2023, is only 400 m from the long sandy beach of La Grève Blanche. The enclosed garden property, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, is also ideal with a small dog and also offers you a secure parking space for your car (note: the fence behind the house is a little lower. In the living area, the fireplace provides cozy comfort even in the off-season A fairly steep staircase leads to two spacious bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom on the 1st floor, where a small office area, possibly for a pleasant home office, is available. The sea and coastal footpath extend 18 km around Plouguerneau, where there is good shopping and there are also numerous creperies and seafood restaurants. Every Thursday is market day. Kayaks and surfboards can also be hired by the hour from the local sailing school. The upstream lighthouse on the Ile Vierge of the same name is a symbol of the Pays des Abers and, at almost 83 m, is the tallest stone lighthouse in Europe. Boat trips with sightseeing are offered from the Aber Wrach marina.
