House:
Quietly situated Provençal and two-storey country house on a 10 ha vineyard. A 1,000 sqm large and unenclosed area is at your disposal for private use. To the side of your holiday home is a small granny annexe, which is rarely used. The second stone house on the property, 100 m further south, is occupied by the owner. The vineyards of the Côtes-du-Rhône extend all around and invite you to take long walks. A parking space is reserved for you next to the holiday home. There is a bathing beach 4 km away, directly on the Ardèche. Numerous canoe and kayak rentals for the adventurous 20 km descent of the Ardèche Gorge await you in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. Highly recommended is a day trip to the Roman city of Orange, where you can visit its beautiful ancient theatre, and to the cultural and festival city of Avignon, which can be easily reached by train. In half an hour you are in the city centre with its completely preserved city wall, many beautiful monuments and the imposing Papal Palace.
