There is a grassed area and an orchard for guests to use but these are through a gate and not directly next to the home. The nearest restaurants are 8 km away and shops are 3 km away. Omaha Beach and Normandy Landings are where Allied and Axis Cemeteries, museums and exhibits are easily accessed. Enjoy walks in the large forest east of Cerisy-la-Foret, where deer could be seen. You can bring 2 pets at extra charge. There is a parking space next to the owner's garage. Please be advised that there are 7 steps up to the home, so people with reduced mobility must take note. Please make use of any of the many books. It is advised that you read the handbook when you arrive. There is a train station at 8 km, Lison. Caen Port and Airport is 55 km away.
