The villa is located in the hills behind Cannes on a half hour drive from the beaches of Cannes, La Napoule and Théoule sur Mer. In winter you will reach the skiresorts in an hour drive. The Villa is located in the middle of the Mimosa Tanneron Massif region. In January and February, the beautiful mimosa is in bloom. One can still walk here for hours without encountering other people.......true nature! The villa is situated an half hour drive from the beautiful Lac de St. Cassien, a lake where you can enjoy swimming and other water sports. For golf lovers : within a circle of 40 km there are more than 10 fantastic tracks. And of course in terms of culinary affairs is the Côte d'Azur is a true paradise
