This 41m² apartment is located in a quiet area at the entrance of Val-Claret, just 500 meters from the ski slopes and only 2 minutes from shops. Situated on the 7th floor of the residence with an elevator, it offers a south-west facing balcony with a stunning view of the mountains. The apartment is equipped with ski and shoe lockers, and the reception desk is located across at the Le Schuss residence. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, with the following sleeping arrangements: in the living room, there are two single trundle beds and one single bed, while the bedroom features a 160 cm double bed. The bathroom includes a bathtub, and there is a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with hotplates, an oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Additional amenities include a television, and bed linen and towels are provided for stays of 4 nights or more. However, please note that linen is not included during the summer period (July-August), and a complete linen kit can be rented for €22 per person. Please be aware that the residence and apartment are not accessible to people with reduced mobility. There is a tourist tax of 5.5% of the nightly rate per adult, with a cap of €5.06 per night. Optional services include cleaning for €65 and pets for €30, both of which should be booked in advance. Charging electric vehicles is not permitted unless an electric charging station is provided in the accommodation.
