Very well located in the center of Villard de Lans, 200 meters from the bus station and shops, this tourist residence is ideal for your vacation! La Croix Margot is a small 4-story building with elevator and offers many services: small lounge at the entrance, optional wifi, games room with table football, ski lockers, laundry. Outdoors: children's play area, pétanque court. The free shuttle stop for the resort is located 150m away and at the foot of the residence on the way back. 25m2 studio with balcony located 200m from the center and all amenities. Non-smoking apartment, recently renovated, on the 4th floor with elevator (top floor therefore quiet), ideally facing southwest for more light. Balcony with mountain view and bird song as a bonus! Our animal friends are not allowed. Comfortable living room with convertible sofa (bought new in May 2023, bed 140x190 thick bultex mattress), armchair and TV. Blackout and insulating curtains, throws and cushions for cozy evenings. Travel cot available. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, microwave and large capacity oven (+ coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fondue set, raclette set, croque monsieur, waffle maker, party crepes, plancha etc).
