In an absolutely quiet location in Übersee, we welcome you to our fully managed farm. In our cosy holiday flats you can relax and unwind to your heart's content. Enjoy the rich leisure programme of the surrounding area. The nearby Chiemsee with its islands, the Amerang Farm Museum, the city of Munich or Salzburg are always worth a trip. As a special treat, you can be pampered with home-made products (schnapps, cheese, smoked or lard baked) on request. For our older guests there is a barbecue area, a sunbathing lawn and a hut with outdoor seating. Our little guests will certainly not get bored with a swing, a sandbox and many cuddly petting animals.

Cosy holiday flat where you will feel at home. From the east balcony you can enjoy the view of the Chiemgau mountains. A well-equipped kitchen-cum-living-room with fitted kitchen and various small appliances, couch, TV and separate seating area await you. 2 separate double bedrooms, shower, WC. Cot and high chair for the little guests.

Conditions and extras
The above prices do not include the tourist tax of € 1.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 7 to 16 years: € 0,50. Children under 7 years: € 0,00 (1 April to 31 October) and € 0,40 per person/night for adults and children from 7 to 16 years. Children under 7 years: € 0.00 (1 November to 31 March).
