Description

Detached house in an elevated, quiet location in the Höhenberg district, with a wonderful view of Aschau and the Kampenwand. A sunbathing lawn at the house invites you to relax. Due to the beautiful location on the outskirts of the village, approx. 2 km to the centre and 1 km to the orthopaedic children's clinic. The Cafe Pauli with its beer garden is only a few minutes' walk away. Our farm is located right next door, so dogs and pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Bright holiday flat 66 sqm with west-facing balcony to enjoy the evening sun. A spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, cosy corner bench with chairs, pull-out sofa bed and flat-screen cable TV. Separate bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. Suitable for allergy sufferers, please inform before booking. Dogs and pets are not allowed.
