The centre of Bad Birnbach, the Artrium and the spa park are in the immediate vicinity and if you want to play a round of golf, the new "Bella Vista" golf park is within easy walking distance.

The large eat-in kitchen with cosy corner seat and dining table is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, refrigerator with freezer compartment and ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and
electric kettle. In the apartment there is also a storeroom with
a washing machine and dryer, ironing facilities, daylight bathroom with shower and WC,
hair dryer, hand towels, bath towels and rugs. Large terrace and additional balcony with deck chair, table and chairs, living room with large satellite TV (flatscreen), parking space/carport by the house, storage for bicycles
Short path to the spa via the garden entrance (approx. 150 metres)

Daily spa bathing in the therapeutic bath and the thermal world of the Vitarium (3 hours
plus 1 hour for guest card holders) is available from just €10 daily for guests staying
7 nights or more!
