Our house is located in the centre of the spa area, only a few steps from the
ROTTAL TERME, the beautiful spa gardens and the Bella Vista golf park.
Experience a relaxed stay in the midst of hot springs, nature and rural ambience.

Our hotel doesn't just offer you a lot of atmosphere and stylish ambience, but also
many opportunities to make your stay as pleasant and varied as
possible. A library and reading corner, exciting pool/billiards, darts and
our sunbathing lawn, too, are provided for entertainment! Free WiFi access for
our guests in the house!

All rooms and suites have a telephone, shower/WC, hair dryer, balcony and cable TV
(2 single rooms without balcony). Free parking space for your car. The superior rooms have been newly
designed and also have a flat screen, refrigerator and safe. In
our low season (July to August and November to February) we will give
you an additional treatment voucher amounting to 15.00 euro for use in our massage and wellness oasis, per week's
stay. (Not applicable for our
flat rates)
