Our newly renovated farmhouse is located in absolute isolation and is surrounded by meadows and forests. The uniquely quiet location of the country house Perllehen gives a clear view of the Berchtesgaden mountains, especially the Watzmann. The town center, as well as the Watzmann-Therme, the adventure pool Aschauer-Weiher and the salt mine can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. In addition, the excursion destinations such as Kehlsteinhaus, Königssee, Jennerbahn, Almbachklamm and extensive network of hiking trails are within easy reach. Not only in summer, but also in winter there are versatile excursion and recreational opportunities, such as skiing and cross-country skiing. The Berchtesgaden winter also makes a winter fairy tale and it is one of the most intense ways to experience a season.

The apartment with its own entrance (approx. 70 sqm) has a cozy living room, 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, complete kitchen facilities with coffee maker, 2-plate stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as dining and cooking utensils, balcony, sunbathing lawn, satellite TV, radio, large parking lot in front of the house, non-smoking, children's discount, on request crib, high chair, transfer service and small animal on request. Bed linen and towels are provided by Mrs. Wein free of charge. Final cleaning included.

Conditions and extras
The indicated prices do not include the visitor's tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/young people from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 to 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).
