Description

Your vacation home is located on the 1st floor and enchants alone by the magnificent view of the spectacular mountains all around. The house is very quietly located on a hill on the outskirts of the village and dates from the 70s. In the complex there are 70 for the most part permanently inhabited residential units. For loading and unloading you drive directly to the front door and the parking lot is located below the house. This parking lot belongs to the house. The train station and the Königssee are not far away. A bakery, a supermarket and a pizzeria are within walking distance. According to the house rules, please pay attention to our corona rules.

A bright, friendly living-bedroom, a cozy dining niche with corner bench, a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom are your vacation base camp. Not only from the balcony you look into the breathtaking Berchtesgaden mountains - also from the extendable leather couch or from the bed.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax of € 3.10 for adults, € 1.55 for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and € 0.00 for children from 0-6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change). We ask for a deposit of 200,- Euro on arrival.
