The holiday flat with a floor area of 67 m² is located on a detached property with two houses on the edge of the forest. In an ideal location, the flat offers a base for a holiday in Berchtesgaden and nearby Salzburg. There is a car park directly in front of the house, the bus stop is a five-minute walk away and it is possible to store bicycles or skis securely locked away. For the exclusive use of our guests, there is a spacious south-facing terrace in front of the holiday flat, which is directly accessible via the kitchen-living room. A large awning has been installed to provide the necessary sun protection, and there is a swing and a slide for use in summer on the sunbathing lawn to the east of the holiday flat, which can also be used as a sledging slope in winter. If you are travelling with more than 4 people, you have the option of booking an additional holiday flat for up to 4 more people in the adjoining house (Haus Heimfrieden, Auer Straße 29, also owned by the Metzenleitner family). There is a car park in front of the house with an e-charging station for cars.

The apartment has a separate entrance and consists of an eat-in kitchen, a master bedroom, a children's bedroom with a stable loft bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and an extra storage room with wardrobe. For the exclusive use of our guests, there is a spacious terrace in front of the vacation apartment facing south, which is directly accessible via the kitchen-living room.
