Farm description. The idyllic rural property "Beim Petern" is located on the southwestern edge of the village of Bergen, directly at the foot of the Pattenberg and not far from numerous hiking and biking trails of the paradisiacal Chiemgau mountains and lakes. Up to the adventurous and legendary Engelstein, the path leads you directly from the farm. The farmhouse was first mentioned in 1538 and the first guest books date back to the 1930s. Relax in your rustic, comfortably furnished vacation apartment, unwind in the lovingly tended lime garden and take a deep breath as you walk along the farm's own stream up to the edge of the forest. We continue the tradition of hospitality on our farm and share our home with you: we look forward to your visit!
Description Holiday Apartment. Your lovingly furnished vacation apartment offers 55 square meters of living comfort with old-fashioned charm. Through the entrance area with wardrobe and beautiful wooden ceiling you enter the spacious living-dining room with south-facing balcony, the small two-row fitted kitchen with balcony door to the morning sun of the east balcony and the nostalgically furnished bedroom. We are proud of the original 400-year-old plank wood floor in the living room-the rest of the apartment is equipped with larch parquet. Next to the bedroom is the artistically designed bathroom with shower. On request, an additional room with 14 sqm and south-facing balcony for 1-2 people can be booked on the same floor. In addition, a comfort bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub on the same floor is also available for booking. Gladly offer assistance or care with the family traveling seniors.
Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax in the amount of € 1,10 per person/per day of stay for persons over the age of 16. Children and adolescents from the age of 6 until the age of 16, as well as severely disabled persons whose degree of disability is 100 percent: € 0.55. Children until the age of 6 are free of spa fees. * Additional services with costs: Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, tumble dryer, bread service, pick-up and drop-off service train station/airport, W-LAN (deposit).
