We are a child-friendly organic farm with cows, calves and various small animals, surrounded by meadows and forests at the foot of the "Sleeping Witch". Quiet, sunny location, garden area with deck chairs. Playground with swing, slide, seesaw, sandbox and Fuhpark. Barbecue area and table tennis. Extensive baby equipment: crib, high chair, bath tub, diaper pail, bottle warmer, pad, bread service. Extra beds for children possible on request.Pets are possible on request. You are welcome to wash your clothes in the laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).A vacuum cleaner or cleaning utensils are also available for our guests.In June 2008, our house was awarded the seal of quality "Family-friendly hosts in Berchtesgadener Land".

All rooms with laminate floors, wooden ceilings and wall paneling. Two double bedrooms, shower/WC with window eat-in kitchen with dining area, corner couch, satellite TV, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sufficient crockery, balcony. Extra bed for child on request. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the house.

Conditions and extras
The prices mentioned are plus spa tax of 3,10 EUR for adults, 1,55 EUR for children/youth from 7 to 16 years old and 0,00 EUR for children from 0 - 6 years old per person and day of stay (subject to change).Extra beds/children reduction on request.
