We are an ideal starting point for worthwhile hikes, mountain and bicycle tours. To Berchtesgaden it is only a few minutes drive and also the Königssee, Hintersee, Obersalzberg-Documentation, Kehlstein, Jenner, Roßfeld or Salzburg are easy and comfortable to reach. Crib and high chair are available, sled rental is possible. Very good access and car parking, shopping facilities nearby. You can reach the bus stop in 2 minutes. Our vacation apartment "Watzmann" with 54 m² living space is located on the ground floor of our house.The cozy apartment offers space for 2 to 4 people.The apartment consists of a living-bedroom with seating area (sofa bed) and flat screen TV, a kitchen-living room with dining area and fitted kitchen incl. dishwasher, a separate bedroom with double bed (2 m), a bathroom with shower and sink, a separate toilet and a terrace with garden furniture.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 - 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).
