Our house is located in the middle of meadows and forests in the valley basin of Berchtesgaden in the municipality of Bischofswiesen. Due to the central location you can reach hiking trails, sights and the Alpine National Park by car in 5 - 20 minutes. Due to the bus stop, which can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, you can make the most of the free bus rides with the spa card. The spa town of Bad Reichenhall is 20 minutes away, the cultural city of Salzburg 30 minutes. Alpine hikes (e.g. to the Jenner, to the Bindalm in Ramsau or Moosenalm in the Lattengebirge), mountain tours (e.g. Hoher Göll, Hohes Brett, Schneibstein, Gotzenalm, Watzmann, Untersberg), mountain biking, crystal clear lakes (e.g. Königssee with St. Bartholomä, Hintersee), excursion destinations (e.g. Kehlsteinhaus, salt mine, summer toboggan run), swimming pools (e.g. Watzmann-Therme, natural pool Aschauerweiher, Schornbad), climbing hall Strub ensure a varied vacation stay. In winter the offer ranges from skiing (e.g. Jenner, Rossefeld, Götschen, Hochschwarzeck, Gutshof am Obersalzberg), cross-country skiing (e.g. Cross-country skiing center Aschauerweiher, cross-country skiing track Scharitzkehl), toboggan runs (Hochschwarzeck, Bischofswiesen, Obersalzberg, Eckau in Ramsau), artificial ice toboggan run (guest tobogganing, guest bobsleigh, national and international toboggan competitions), curling (Hintersee, Aschauerweiher), ice skating (ice rink in Berchtesgaden, Hintersee), up to snowshoe hikes.

In our lovingly furnished apartments on the 1st floor you can spend a cozy vacation in a family atmosphere. The quiet vacation apartments each have a kitchen-living room with kitchenette (electric stove with 4 hotplates and oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle), sitting area and sofa, bedroom (double bed, single bed or sofa bed bed linen is provided), bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer towels are provided) and a spacious, sunny balcony (chairs, table, lounger and clothes horse). We offer non-smoking apartments, but smokers are welcome to enjoy their cigarette on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful mountain view. Numerous information materials, hiking maps, books with suggestions for hikes and mountain tours are available.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax of € 3.10 for adults, € 1.55 for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and € 0.00 for children from 0-6 years of age per person and day of stay (subject to change).
