To Berchtesgaden it is only a few minutes drive and also the Königssee, Hintersee, Obersalzberg-Documentation, Kehlstein, Jenner, Roßfeld or Salzburg are easy and comfortable to reach. Crib and high chair are available, sled rental is possible. Very good access and car parking, shopping facilities nearby. You can reach the bus stop in 2 minutes. Our vacation apartment "Untersberg" with 69 sqm living space is located on the ground floor of our house. The cozy apartment offers space for 2 to 4 people. The apartment consists of a living-bedroom with corner bench, sofa bed, flat screen TV and wood stove a kitchen-cum-living room with dining table incl. 4 chairs and fitted kitchen a bathroom with shower and toilet. 4 chairs and fitted kitchen a separate bedroom with double bed (2 m) and sofa bed for 1 person a bathroom with toilet, handicapped accessible shower and sink and floor heating, a separate toilet, a terrace with garden furniture and an anteroom with wardrobe and desk.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 - 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).
