Our vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of our well-kept, family-friendly two-family house in a particularly quiet location on the southern slope of the Untersberg. Enjoy the midday, afternoon and evening sun on our cozy terrace. Non-smokers: All rooms are non-smoking. However, you are welcome to smoke on the terrace.Parking: For your stay, a car parking lot is available free of charge. Even in winter this is well cleared.Extra bed: If desired, we will gladly provide you with an extra bed.

Our vacation apartment is 69 m² in size and is located on the ground floor of our well-kept, family-friendly two-family house. It has 2 separate bedrooms, shower/WC, living room with TV and kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher etc. From the living room you have direct access to the cozy and sunny terrace.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax in the amount of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).
