NEW in our house a vacation apartment for 2-4 people with two separate bedrooms on the second floor, south facing, 100 m², with glass covered terrace 20 m², large balcony and panoramic view. Expandable for up to 5 people in connection with our guest room, this is accessible via the balcony and thus nothing stands in the way of a joint breakfast or dinner. Equipment:Kitchen: kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, ceramic four-plate stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster, egg stove, dishes, glasses, cooking pots, cutlery, etc. Sitting area with five seats and table, ceiling speaker operable via Bluetooth radio, 2 separate bedrooms, sofa bed, large couch landscape, radio alarm clock, full-length mirror and satellite TV. Shower/WC with exterior window, hairdryer, vanity mirror, storage compartments, sitting stool.All solid wood furniture is made by the carpenter.Free WLAN throughout the house.For guests with cars, we have a convenient access road and a large parking area at the house.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax of € 3.10 for adults, € 1.55 for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and € 0.00 for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change). 50% deposit after booking, final payment six weeks before arrival. Only bank transfer possible. Animals on request, additional costs for bringing animals by arrangement.
