Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. In the guest house laundry room you can use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee.

The apartment "Watzmann" is a modern alpine style furnished vacation apartment in the house Bergwelten. This is a traditional house built on the sunny southern slope of the Engedey and was completely renovated in 2023. It offers a total of five vacation apartments and a seperates vacation house in different sizes. The apartment "Watzmann" is located on the second floor and consists of a bedroom, combined living / dining area and a spacious bathroom with large shower. The bedroom has a comfortable, backlit double bed in the size 180x200 cm with high-quality 7-zone pocket spring mattresses, a spacious closet with adjacent closet as well as suitcase storage and integrated laptop safe. In the living / dining area are available for the 3rd and 4th person a permanent sleeper sofa with mattress in size 163/200 cm. In the living room as well as in the bedroom flat screen smart TVs with satellite connection are installed. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has branded electrical appliances including dishwasher, induction hob and oven. From both the living area and the bedroom there is direct access to the south and west facing covered balcony with cozy seating and dining area. From this you have an unobstructed breathtaking view of the impressive panorama of the Berchtesgaden Alps and the majestic Watzmann.The cozy sauna with relaxation room offers you and your family after a sporty day in the mountains soothing relaxation and is available to all house guests free of charge. In a separate laundry room you can use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee. A spacious separate and heated bicycle and ski cellar with direct access to the staircase offers you a safe and dry storage of your bike or e-bike (incl. charging station) or your skis and hiking boots. Two fast charging stations are available for your electric car. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).
