It offers you a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, a storage room and a large living room with a cosy dining area and a view of the garden and the mountains. The living room cupboard conceals two folding beds that can be folded out into two comfortable beds. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used by prior arrangement and for a fee. All rooms are non-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace. The flat was renovated in February/March 2024. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The holiday flat is not barrier-free.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of 3.10 euros for adults, 1.55 euros for children/young people from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 euros for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).
