Description
This detached holiday house is on the edge of a holiday park, only about ten metres from the forest. The holiday park is in wonderful and natural surroundings. It is especially suitable for nature lovers and for families with children. The spacious complex consists of detached holiday houses and terraced houses. The houses are distributed loosely around the park, so you will have plenty of space and privacy.
There is a terrace outside with a table and benches. A parking space is available right by the house. The garden is not fenced.
Six people can be accommodated in this house. The rooms are spread over two floors. The ground floor has a big and comfortable living room with a sitting corner, a dining space, a fireplace, a DVD player and an HD TV. A small flight of five steps leads to the fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an electric four-ring hob, an oven, a fridge, a microwave and other small electrical appliances. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC and washbasin. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), while the other two bedrooms are on the first floor and one also has a double bed (180 x 200cm), while the other has two single beds (90 x 200cm). These bedrooms have doors out onto the balcony. The bedrooms each have a washing facility. There is a washing machine in the house and all rooms are fitted with electric radiators.
The holiday park was built on a hill but is accessed easily, even with a pram or handcart. You can hire bicycles at the park reception for a fee. There is a restaurant about 400 metres away and it is 600 metres to the locality. You can go on interesting walks, riding excursions, cycle tours and challenging mountain bike tours in the area, which is enclosed between the Sauerland and the Hessisches Bergland. There are many attractions to be discovered. It is a short walk to the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park and nearby there is one of the largest reservoir lakes in Germany, Edersee, where you can go diving, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, fishing, swimming or boating. This region is also of cultural and historical interest, with towns such as Bad Arolsen, Frankenberg, Waldeck and Bad Wildungen. IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, all facilities (restaurant, bar, terrace, billiards / pool, disco, swimming pool, playground, mini golf) are closed. It is not known if and when these facilities will be reopened.
