Directly on the idyllic Kieferbach is the family house built in 2012 with 3 apartments. The swimming pool is used by the guests as well as by the landlord's family.

The vacation apartment located in the basement has its own access. The first steps lead into an approx. 64 sqm large lounge with tiled stove for cozy evenings. The bar, the billiard table and the dartboard invite you to socialize. From the adjoining hallway you enter the modern bathroom which is equipped with shower and toilet. Following the corridor you enter the fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, etc.) in the living area. In the large living room (underfloor heating) with vaulted ceilings are a dining table with 6 chairs, a wood-burning stove, a pull-out sofa bed (for 2 people), a bunk bed (for 2 people) and a flat screen TV. In the rustic bedroom with cottage character are 2 double beds.

For overnight stays until 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 0 to 17 years and persons staying in the municipality of Kiefersfelden for professional purposes are free of charge.
For overnight stays from 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 0 to 17 years, as well as persons staying in the municipality of Kiefersfelden for professional purposes are free of charge.Heating surcharge from October to March per day 5,-- € !
