The high-quality, bright and spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house, in a quiet location. It is cozy, furnished in modern alpine style.From the large balcony, living room with panoramic window and the two double bedrooms you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the Kaiser Mountains. Wonderful walks and hikes (along the Kieferbach, around the Hechtsee, through the Gießenbachklamm, on the Nußlberg, etc.) are possible directly from the front door. In winter, a cross-country ski trail and a small toboggan hill can be reached in the immediate vicinity. Additional fees may apply!No parties allowed! The apartment has a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (oven with ceramic hob, microwave with grill, fridge with freezer, coffee and espresso machine, toaster), in the large living room with panoramic window is a seating area, flat screen TV, stereo and children's play corner. From this room you have direct access to the large south-facing balcony with garden furniture. In 2 double rooms with 1 double bed each, as well as a single room can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The bathroom with WC is equipped with a bathtub and a ground-level shower. An additional WC is available for the guests.

For overnight stays until 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 0 to 17 years and persons staying in the municipality of Kiefersfelden for professional purposes are free of charge.
