The simple, cozy style gives all rooms a personal touch and makes you feel as if you were at home.The apartment house, located in the district of Mühlau, convinces with its quiet location. The spacious vacation apartment is located on the ground floor and is conditionally handicapped accessible. The large entrance area with plenty of storage space leads directly into the open living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. Box-spring bed, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove and a cozy sitting area invite you to relax in the evening. The large, spacious bathroom includes a ground-level shower/rain shower and a bathtub, leaving nothing to be desired. In addition, all bathrooms are equipped with a bidet. The covered terrace is bordered by the wildflower meadow with the natural garden.

Conditions and extras
For overnight stays until 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 0 to 17 years and persons staying in the municipality of Kiefersfelden for professional purposes are free of charge.
For overnight stays from 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 0 to 17 years, as well as persons staying in the municipality of Kiefersfelden for professional purposes are free of charge.Breakfast additional bookable 15,-- € per person. Infrared cabin and sauna 5,-- € per use.
