Holiday home on the outskirts of Kröpelin in a quiet location with plenty of space for the whole family. This modern and stylishly furnished holiday home offers 160 m² of living space spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bright, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and all necessary utensils. On the upper floor, you will find four bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a living room with TV and a comfortable seating area. There are two bathrooms, each with shower and toilet. An additional guest toilet is located on the ground floor. This holiday home also features a large, fenced garden. The property is well maintained, and guests have the opportunity to enjoy the sun on various terraces. The tranquil garden allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet and truly unwind. For children, there is a sandpit and a slide as well as plenty of space to run around or play football. Those arriving with their own car can park it on the property. Free parking spaces are available here. Conveniently located, the Hanseatic city of Rostock, the seaside resort of Warnemünde, the resort town Bad Doberan, and the Hanseatic city of Wismar as well as the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm, and Rerik are only about 10 to 15 km away. Also easy to reach by bike. There is a large selection of supermarkets and petrol stations in the town. Sights in the town include the famous submersible mill and an East German rock museum. Take a trip to Denmark from Rostock with the Scandlines ferries. Note: smoking, pets, and parties or events are not permitted in the holiday home.
