Description

In 2016 completely renovated and sophisticatedly equipped non-smoking apartment in a quiet,
rural location on the edge of Pohrdorf (central between Dresden, Freiberg and Meißen).

On the ground floor: hall, separate kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and toaster,
living room with dining area, couch and flat screen TV (cable connection),
terrace exit to the associated terrace with awning, seating area with grill. Upstairs: a bedroom (two single beds, can be put together or separately) with an open wardrobe and luggage rack,
a reading corner with a bookcase and a seat, bathroom with shower / toilet, vanity and hairdryer.
There is a parking space in front of the house. Internet access via WLAN is available.
It is not possible to accommodate pets.
