Beautiful, very quiet holiday flat near the Abtsdorfer See lake. Oberheining is a district of Laufen an der Salzach, the pearl at the gates of Salzburg. We are a privately run house in a very beautiful location. We are surrounded by the marvellous landscape of the Berchtesgadener Land and the absolute proximity to Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall and Berchtesgaden. The Königsee, the beautiful Hintersee, the world's oldest originally preserved mountain railway "the Predigtstuhlbahn" in Bad Reichenhall, the Jenner mountain railway, the Rupertus Therme in Bad Reichenhall, the Watzmann-Therme in Berchtesgaden, the NS documentation on the Obersalzberg, the Hitler teahouse on the Rossfeld.... and many other sights. The proximity to Lake Wagingersee, Lake Chiemsee and the Silent Night Chapel in Oberndorf. Where the most famous Christmas carol "Silent Night Holy Night" was sung for the first time in 1818.

The balconies are furnished with table and chairs. The kitchen with all accessories incl. refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine invites you to cook. The living room with pull-out sofa bed and a Swedish stove ensures a cozy atmosphere, even in the winter months. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a closet and offers space for your clothes. Beds are made, additional blankets and pillows are available. The bathroom has a WC, bathtub, shower, towels, hairdryer and toiletries. 5 minutes to the Abtsdorfer See, 3 minutes by car to Laufen with its historic old town, Europasteg, Länderbrücke to Oberndorf to the Silent Night Chapel. 45 minutes drive to Berchtesgaden or 1 1/4 hours to the Skiwelt Amade.
