Description
The spacious holiday house was fully renovated in 2014 and newly furnished in a maritime style. It provides everything you could wish for for a relaxing holiday and is suitable for up to four people. The new and modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, an induction hob, a microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Opposite the open kitchen there is the combined living and dining space with plenty of space for up to four people. Large terrace doors can be opened outwards, so you can have breakfast outside in the mornings. Owing to the large panoramic window and the high ceiling, the living room appears generous and light. A full HD TV (40” diagonal) and a CI+ card slot, a satellite receiver and a smart TV are provided, along with an integrated 2.1 sound system with a player for CDs, DVDs and Blurays, an integrated radio and a USB port for smartphones, USB sticks, an MP3 player, iPod or iPad. The Colonia sofa bed can be easily converted into a comfortable bed for two people, with proper mattresses and a 2-zone slatted frame made of solid beech wood slats. The cosy bedroom has a big kingsize master bed (160 x 200cm) with a sprung mattress 24cm wide and a highly elastic mattress cover 5cm thick. Like the rest of the house, the bathroom has modern and tasteful fittings. It has a big shower, a towel radiator, a large mirror illuminated with LEDs, and plenty of storage space. This apartment is fitted with central heating and free wireless Internet access.
The holiday park has a launderette with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. You need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Free Internet access is available throughout the park site.
The open terrace on a south-facing slope provides teak garden furniture, chair cushions etc. and a fantastic view of the Altenau Valley with sunshine from morning to evening. It also has two private parking spaces on the upper and lower side.
