Our house is located about 500m outside the center of Marktschellenberg in a quiet location, at the foot of the Untersberg. Berchtesgaden and Salzburg are only 10 minutes by car from us and are also easy to reach by bus. There are two bus stops in the immediate vicinity. Start directly from the apartment many beautiful walks around Marktschellenberg and Ettenberg with its famous pilgrimage church.

Grias Eich!Welcome to our spacious, cozy vacation apartment in the Feichtlgütl.In the renovated, approx. 110 m² vacation apartment, two to four people will find enough space to spend a relaxing and restful vacation. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds), a large bathroom and a separate toilet, a cozy living room with pull-out couch, a storage room and a wardrobe in the entrance area. Towels, bed linen, hairdryer, dish towels, dishwashing detergent are available. - Freezer in the storeroom - cleaning service after arrangement with vacation > 7 days - laundry service (fee per washing and drying process 5 €) - E-charging station (use after previous arrangement).

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youngsters from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay. (subject to change) There is space for a baby crib in all bedrooms- Freezer in the storeroom- Cleaning service by arrangement for vacations - 7 days- Laundry service (fee per washing and drying 5 €)- E-charging station (use by prior arrangement).
