Our newly built Berghof is located on a sunny mountain flank of the Hochplatte, a good two hundred meters in altitude above Marquartstein.The exclusively equipped apartments offer plenty of space and comfort.Enjoy the unique panoramic view of our magnificent mountains from the terrace or balcony.Our farm is in every season the ideal starting point for varied leisure activities in the immediate and immediate vicinity. Shared use of washing machine and dryer for a fee. Arrival from 15.00 o'clock, departure until 10.00 o'clock.

The apartment covers the entire upper floor (73m² Wfl.) of our country house and offers space for 2-5 people. The apartment has a south-east facing balcony with panoramic views of the Alps. The apartment is spatially divided into a large 3-bed room, a double room, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (new kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster) with dining area and couch, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Insect screen in front of the windows is available.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus health resort fee in the amount of 1,00 € per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge. Please transfer the total amount 14 days before arrival !
