Description

This holiday house is on a child-friendly holiday complex. It is just a few minutes from the village centre with a supermarket and cosy restaurants with beer gardens. The house provides 72m² of living space for six people. There is a living and dining room on the ground floor with an open kitchen, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and stereo system, as well as a spacious and light bathroom and a storage room. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, ceramic hob, dishwasher and cooker hood, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, pots and pans. The upper floor comprises two cosy bedrooms with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm). Open wooden stairs lead from one of the bedrooms to a little attic studio with two further beds and a second TV. The house has gas central heating and all the rooms except the storage room are fitted with radiators. The living room opens onto the terrace and the garden. There is garden furniture for six people. The garden is fenced in. There is a free parking space by the house in front of the door. The Nordsee-Service Card is valid in the spa towns of Dornum – Dornumersiel – Neßmersiel, Esens-Bensersiel, Neuharlingersiel, Werdum, Carolinensiel-Harlesiel, Dangast, Wangerland, Greetsiel-Krummhörn and has replaced the traditional spa card. You have free access to all the sandy and grassy beaches in all the seaside resorts along the North Sea coast in Niedersachsen (exception: Cuxhaven), the heated seawater outdoor pool in Dornumersiel, the “Sturnfrei” indoor playpark, the dog beach in Neßmersiel, the dog walking path by the embankment and by the waterfront in Dornumersiel, the little Bambiniland kids’ play paradise in the Reethaus am Meer, the mini disco in the Doroness Kids’ Club, the play barn at Reethaus am Meer and beach entertainment and gymnastics. Free WiFi will be available from 01.03.2020. Neßmersiel is an up and coming coastal locality right by the embankment and just 1.5km from the sandy beach, where 250 canopy beach chairs, a playground, a restaurant with a sunny terrace and an open view towards the East Frisian islands of Baltrum and Norderney await you. Neßmersiel offers a separate beach for families with a dog. You can go on boat trips from the harbour or ferry crossings to Baltrum. The locality itself has a good infrastructure. You can walk to fetch rolls in the morning, dine in one of the many restaurants (in summer with a beer garden) in the evening, or simply enjoy a cool beer. The unique “Sturmfrei” leisure centre, bicycle hire, a kiting meadow, paddle boat hire, a petrol station with an ATM, a sauna and a fitness studio round off the recreational programme. At low tide you can go on a guided walk across the tidal flats to the islands. You can look forward to a healthy North Sea climate. There are around 40km of inline skating and cycle paths along the embankments and a range of trip destinations in East Frisia, which will make your holiday an interesting experience. Neßmersiel’s latest attraction is the 3000m² family leisure centre “Sturmfrei”, with a trampoline, a professional climbing wall, mini bowling, a games room and a 4D cinema. It has space for musicals, shows and theatre. There is a golf simulator for teeing and putting, not only for professionals. There is a flexible playing ground for street soccer, streetball, volleyball and badminton. It also has a wellness area. Massages, a sauna, a pool, aerobics, dancing, yoga, meditation, autogeneous training and art seminars in the atelier are offered and there is also an Internet café in the leisure centre.
